A good spectacle purchase experience, greeted with a smile at door, then thoroughly checked with both audio and optics. Optician Chloe explained a small defect in one eye then set out a plan for future observation in case of a mal-growth increase. Finally staff support Linda, in finalising my requirements, noticed my reading distance slightly abnormal and readdressed her observation with Chloe. Together they made a slight variation to the focal range of my new purchase .... well done Linda. With the incredible discount from my medical insurance, an overall excellent outcome from a well-run company. Peter

Slightly overdue I had my eyes tested at Waurn Ponds Specksavers.Which I find staff lovely and honest regarding the look of the glasses on me. Same again this appointment. Eye test was good . Professional advice given which im doing. Staff are lovely and very helpful. When I picked glasses up the young man was professional new what he was talking about. Just nice to have polite new the information about the product. Also someone that looked well presented in his appearance. Well done see you in 12 mths.

Poor customer service when they made errors on both of my frames. After 3 phone calls and 2 additional visits I gave up. The only thing the staff seemed to be well trained in is how not to accept they had made a mistake. Each staff had a different suggestion, no solutions, and no one would honour my request to redo the lenses. When I pointed out the clear discrepancies they did another eye test! And suggested I ‘wear the glasses higher’ or the another one said I’d “get used to them by wearing them more often” they were so badly made I felt nauseous when I moved my head while wearing them. The lack of responsibility was astounding. Disgusting actually. You should be ashamed of the way you’ve trained your staff to avoid accountability and in essence steal people’s hard earned money when you mess up.

I visited Specsavers in Westfield and waurn ponds. Both the store managers (Linda & can’t remember the Westfield managers name)were amazing. Linda was so friendly with my 5 year old and made him feel so comfortable while we were deciding his first frames. For customer service I will definitely recommend to visit both waurn ponds & Westfield store because of the managers.

Yesterday I went to Specsavers Waurn Ponds because the new glasses I had bought were not helping my sight as I had hoped. Emily spent a significant amount of time in trying to resolve my problem and I am following her advice. I want to commend Emily very highly. She was extremely helpful as well as being very patient and very gracious. Specsavers is fortunate to have Emily as an employee. She well deserves the 5 stars. James McClure

What absolutely FANTASTIC service. Super helpful and go out of their way to do what ever they can for you. See David for eye check up he is pure GOLD. And see Vishnu for glasses 🤓 he is also GOLD 🪙🪙🥇 Wouldn't go anywhere else than here at Waurn Ponds 👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Really thoughtful Optometrist that took the time to explain and make sure things were clear about my eyes and what I needed. The consultant that helped me pick my new glasses was very positive and encouraging. A really positive experience all around
